Return & Refund Policy

At 3D TRIBE PATCHES, every order is manufactured exclusively for you. Since our products are custom printed and made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed.

No Returns or Exchanges

All DTF patches are produced based on the artwork, size, quantity, and specifications submitted by the customer. Once production begins, the order cannot be modified, cancelled, or returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

• A damaged product
• A manufacturing defect
• An incorrect item

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@3dtribe.in with:

• Order Number
• Photographs of the product
• Description of the issue

After verification, we may offer:

• A free replacement, or
• A refund where applicable.

Artwork Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded artwork, text, colours, and sizing are correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted artwork.
